We begin with a quiet conversation — about your site, your way of living, your budget, and what a home like this needs to do for you. No commitment, just honest direction.

Design & Planning
Working with your architect (or one of ours, if you'd like an introduction), we move from sketches to a fully resolved set of drawings, with detailed estimates and a clear schedule.

Construction
Our team takes over on site, with Graham personally present throughout. Regular site walks, transparent reporting, and a single point of contact from foundation to finishes.

Handover
We hand over a complete home, fully documented, with a relationship that doesn't end at the front door — we stay in touch and stand behind our work for years after.
